Which app?
They share one login. Progress is saved per language. A Pro subscription in one app does not unlock the others.
Account deletion
In any of the apps: Profile → Delete account. That removes your account across all three, including saved words, reviews, and streaks. It does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription — cancel those in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings.
Subscriptions
- Free: 3 full songs and 15 saved words, counted separately in each app (photocards in Chumo).
- Pro (monthly or annual) removes those limits in that app only.
- Manage or cancel: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
- Restore a purchase on a new device from the paywall in the app.
Video or lyrics missing
Music videos play through YouTube’s official player. If a video is blocked in your region or removed, lyrics may still be readable. Licensed lyrics can also vary by country. If something looks broken for a specific song, email us the song title and the app name.
